Payment Methods
You can pay for purchases in our store using the following methods:
Bank Transfer:
To our bank account. Transfer details will be provided after placing the order. The order will be processed once the payment is credited to our account.
Online Payment Systems:
Fast and secure online payments (e.g., PayU, Klarna, PayPal) with various payment method options. Online payments are processed instantly, which speeds up the shipping process.
Cash on Personal Pickup:
You can pay in cash at our premises after receiving confirmation that your order is ready for pickup. Personal pickup is available during Atelier Hawrot's business hours – from Monday to Friday, between 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM.

All product prices on the website include VAT but do not include shipping costs.
Shipping costs are added to the order and are visible in the cart before finalizing the purchase.
The total order cost, visible in the cart before placing the order, is the final binding price.
Payment for the order is due at the time of pickup (in the case of personal pickup) or before shipment (in the case of online payment or bank transfer).
Each order includes a receipt or a VAT invoice (in paper or electronic form, according to your preference).
Deliveries
We deliver orders within Poland as well as internationally. The available delivery options are:
Personal pickup at our store location: Once you receive information that your order is ready for pickup, you may collect it at our store in Warsaw, ul. Kopernika 8/18, 00-367 Warsaw, during our opening hours: Monday – Friday, 1:00 PM–6:00 PM.
Domestic courier: We work with reputable courier companies that will deliver your order directly to the provided address. The estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days from the date of shipment.
International courier: We also offer international shipping. Delivery time depends on the destination country and usually takes between 5 to 14 business days. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm international shipping costs.

The exact delivery cost will be displayed in the cart before the order is finalized.
Once the shipment has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to track the international shipment.
